The seller “Phoenix Machining Ltd” agrees to sell to the buyer and the buyer agrees to buy the machinery specified for the sum referred to on our standard quotation.2
Terms of payment shall be as described on the quotation by Phoenix Machining Ltd.3
All dimensions, weights and dates for delivery of machines stated in any offer, acceptance, catalogue or circular are approximate only and are not binding as to details.4
Terms of warranty shall be as described on the invoice by “Phoenix Machining Ltd”.5
These lots are located in UK therefore local VAT rates may apply. Buyers outside of UK may be eligible for a zero-rated invoice; please contact Phoenix Machining Ltd for more details.6
There are no lifting facilities onsite; buyers are responsible for the removal and loading of their own lots. We can recommend contractors if required.
