We are able to offer our service in a wide range of materials such as aluminium, brass, copper, mild steel, high tensile, stainless steel, monel, hastelloy, duplex and industrial nylon such as nylon 6 and derlin.

The lathe at our workshop can upload shafts of up to 7 meters and of a 90 mm diameter. If the shaft is over 90 mm diameter, it can take up to 3 meters in length.

A wide range of thread cutting (internal and external) for industrial fasteners and customised nuts and bolts can also be done.

Milling

Our milling machine has a very wide bed and is capable of milling jobs up to 700 mm high and 1250 mm long and over 600 mm wide.

We can manufacture a wide range of engineering keys and key ways in material such as steel, stainless steel, hastelloy and monel.
